Landrum hires its own employees and assigns them to support or supplement our customer's workforce in situations including absences, temporary skill shortages, seasonal fluctuations and special projects. Landrum handles the weekly payroll and all associated costs while guaranteeing that our assigned temporary employee has the skills and experience your job requires.

Landrum encourages this option when our customer has a full-time position to fill. A selected candidate from Landrum is assigned to our customer for a trial period of work. During this time, you can observe the candidate's on-the-job performance and consider establishing a "permanent" employment relationship. If you decide to hire a Landrum candidate, you are billed on a prorated fee scale.

This "permanent hire" alternative provides the option of hiring a Landrum candidate on your staff immediately, without a trial evaluation period on Landrum's payroll. Fees vary depending upon position requirements.
